Our Smart Hands engineers can offer a wide range of on-site services such as remote assistance to level 2 and 3 engineers regarding things like testing and troubleshooting.

LAPTOP, COMPUTER AND PRINTER SUPPORT

Our Technitians are well qualified to repair and maintain computers and servers, including building or configuring new hardware, installing and updating software packages, and create and maintain computer networks.

Cooper and Fiber for Certification Network

Our techs verifies that the network connection meets the performance standards established by the manufacture´s standards for the type of network planned and make sure the performance reaches 100% of accuracy avoiding errors and delays.

Device Realocation

Secure and relocate equipment and cables according with Customer´s requirements.

Site Decommission

We are able to secure and partially destroy the devices in loco and forward to final destruction. Also organize and collect e-waste according with Customer’s orientation.

SITE SURVEY

We analyze the layout, signal strength, and environment of a wireless network. It is performed to optimize the placement or configuration of an existing WiFi router, aid the deployment of a new WiFi network, or troubleshoot performance-limiting issues
